It’s been awhile since I’ve posted….but now you can expect to see quite a few postings over the next few weeks! We took a family vacation to see Mickey….followed by a little Carnival Cruise…lots of fun pics to come from that for sure – and now I’m in the middle of some crazy shooting…..6 days in a row! Good bye vacation….hello camera:) Here’s sweet little Addie….who came to see me a few weeks ago…..she’s 4 months old…and I just LOVE all the little expressions they are making by that age! Within seconds they can go from a huge laugh – to a pouty face – then start sticking there little tongue out! And those are all the little things that you tend to forget – unless you happen to get your pictures made with me to I can catch them for you!

I just love senior shoots….there’s something to say for having a subject who will stay in one place and laugh at my dumb jokes (unlike the toddlers that I am typically chasing:) – though I love it!) But a senior shoot is so fun – because there’s so much to planning different outfits, different locations…..Rachael is just a sweet, sweet, beautiful girl – inside and out – whom I’ve had the pleasure of knowing through Elevation Church. She was just way too easy for me to photograph….and I thoroughly enjoyed our evening together …beginning at a friend’s place with some horses Rachael has ridden in the past….and ending in cute and quaint downtown Waxhaw, NC.” Thanks so much Rachael for calling on me!
I’m always flattered when I have clients driving from hours away for pictures….and I seem to have a little “pocket” of them out of Rocky Mount…..this sweet family is a new one! I sure enjoyed my evening with the Clark family….they had quite some fun cutting up in front of my camera…and loving on each other! Just love these pics! So nice to meet ya’ll Traci and hope to see you again!
I just don’t think it can get any better than TWO sweet 5 day new babies…..I’d do twin newborn shoots all day long if I could! I had so much fun with these sweet girls….and was so tickled with them that I went back a few days later to try a few more shots:)….that’s what happens when you just LOVE your job! You probably recognize Jonathan and Emily from a maternity shoot I did just a month or so ago…you can see that by clicking here….I think it was one of my favorite maternity shoots ever! I’m just so heartbroken though that they are moving away….but I’m hoping they will still make the drive back to visit friends (and get pictures made!!!) Thank ya’ll so much for letting me in on the first few sweet days with your girls!
